Corporate Office + Call Center | 65,000 SF | Warrington, PA


Located adjacent to a neighborhood “Town Center” this proposed two-story office building is designed for a corporate user as a call center dedicated to their eastern operations.

The ground floor program houses the corporate executive team, conference center and an employee cafeteria. The second floor is dedicated to the call center. Unique to this call center are the tall 10’ ceilings, the floor-to-ceiling glass perimeter and the infusion of natural light in the work environment.

The building exterior materials used on the facades are composite metal panels, high-density fiber cement panels in a rain screen application, and an energy efficient curtain wall glazing system.

With an on-site parking ratio of 7 cars per 1,000 SF of gross building area, the site is not large enough to surface park all 490 cars. The adjacent Town Center has extra capacity to take the over flow parking. A pedestrian bridge will be constructed across the wooded area to make the walk convenient.
