John LaProcido, AIA Managing Principal John’s expertise is diverse and expansive including a wide range of sophisticated, large-scale R&D laboratory, office and multi-use projects. As Managing Principal he directs the overall management of the firm, collaborating on of all strategic aspects of the practice from design to service deliverables, financial oversight to client relationships to business development. In every aspect of every role, with clients and colleagues, John’s management style promotes the building of strategic relationships. He believes that is at the very core of not only attaining goals, but surpassing them.

Robert G. Little, Jr., AIA Senior Design Principal Bob is an award-winning designer focused on corporate commercial and higher education projects. With oversight for all day-to-day business operations of the firm, her role encompasses firm strategy, financial management, human resources, resource planning, legal, and information technology. Her 25+ years of experience in marketing has her also directing the firm’s marketing efforts and working as part of the business development team.
