The 7,500 SF office of this private real estate development and investment firm needed to house both the Development and Building Management sides of the firm’s business, requiring a unique plan of dual reception areas on opposite sides of the space. Another key challenge was integrating the character of some very traditional, historically-certified aspects of the space with a clean-lined open plan workspace and ultra-modern finishes, fixtures and furnishings. The original carved mahogany entry threshold offsets the modern elements, reinterpreting classic architecture with a modern twist.
